2025 MISSION TEAM PRICING INFORMATION
MISSION TEAM TRAVEL FEES:
Prices include all ground fees: transportation, meals, lodging (airfare not included).
Barahona/Polo, Dominican Republic (7 Days):
• Cost - $700 per person
• Extra days must be approved in advance
Pedernales, Dominican Republic (7 or 8 Days):
• Cost - $750 per person
• Extra days must be approved in advance
Santiago, Dominican Republic (7 Days)
• Cost - $750 per person
• Extra days must be approved in advance
Cuba (7 Days)
• Cost - $800 per person (includes visa)
• Extra days must be approved in advance
Honduras (7 Days)
• Cost - $700 per person
• Extra days must be approved in advance
MINISTRY PROJECT FEES:
Ministry Projects provide opportunities for teams to utilize their gifts and passions for outreach in the local community. Rice & Beans and Children’s Ministry / Sports Camp are great options for engaging with people and sharing the Gospel. Please review the projects and associated fees below. HMM staff can help you determine the best projects for your team.
Evangelism / Discipleship with Rice & Beans. No Fee
Teams divide up large sacks of rice & beans to create 90 home deliveries of Rice & Beans. These “gifts” are used when teams make home visits for evangelism or discipleship. (additional order of 90 bag supply = $400)
Children’s Ministry or Sports Camp $300 (team brings any supplies needed)
Children love to spend time with American teams. Teams use gatherings of young children to enjoy fun time together and to share the Gospel.
Special Worship Service with Hot Dog Meal $300
The team hosts an evangelistic worship service at the local church partner and serve hot dogs to attendees. The team will pass out invitations while doing evangelism in the community. This is a great way to cap the week of evangelism outreach.
Bible Study No Fee
Teams gather with groups (men, women or mixed) from the local church to study Scripture.
Christmas Meals $500 per meal
Provide and serve Christmas meals for HMM partner churches in the Dominican Republic or Haiti. Christmas meal teams get to spend a wonderful time of fellowship and worship with the local churches.
CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS Priced by Project
Construction and maintenance projects are always needed. Teams can help with repairs on HMM facilities, the local church, or local houses.Prices of labor and materials continue to be impacted by inflation. If your team would like to do construction projects, please coordinate withHMM to identify projects that are needed and the associated material costs.
